Nena (Enah) Jones - Vaughn., (LL.B, B.L, LLM) is the founder and vision behind Mijae Document preparation Services. She brings more than 10 years of creativity and diversity to her career as an international lawyer. Her educational background, experience and training reflect an impressive history of legal advisory roles in Nigeria, South Africa, Germany and the United States.

 

Mrs. Vaughn is a Foreign licensed attorney and member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She was accredited by the US Department of Justice to practice Immigration Law in the United States where she represented low-income immigrants in a variety of matters before the USCIS. She has extensive experience with several types of immigration cases, including waivers, adjustment of status, family-based petitions, U-visas, VAWA, naturalization, and more.

 

In addition, she is a partner and head of Immigration Practice at Castlegate Legal Consult, a Nigerian-based law firm. She graduated from the Lagos Law School, Nigeria; obtained a Master’s degree in Marine and Environmental Law from the University of Cape town, South Africa; gained an Associate degree in Legal studies from Texas A&M University, Texarkana; Bachelor’s degree in Law from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and graduate certificates in Business analysis & Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Irvine and Southern Methodist University, Dallas, respectively.

 

She is passionate about Human Rights. Her commitment to legal advocacy and service has expressed itself in many forms, including volunteering and supporting causes that prevent marginalization of women.

 

In her past time, she enjoys being a wife and mom, blogging about fashion and immigration, traveling, going on road trips, volunteering to help feed the homeless, dancing and cooking.
